My name is Jeff Ash and I have dedicated my professional career in the field of social work, human services and education for over 30 years. I am a proud graduate of West Liberty State College. I have been with Achieva Family Trust since 2012. My current role is Trust Relations Manager. I have also served as Trust Supervisor and Senior Trust Administrator. I am proud to serve our agency mission, and I am blessed to have established so many positive relationships with our beneficiaries and families.
As a second career since 2009, I also work in the funeral industry. I have my own Livery company and work for several area funeral homes. My two favorite activities include playing basketball and training my K-9 German Shepherd, Sadie. I also have two daughters, Courtney and McKenna, and a grandson.
My name is Chrissy Grimes and I am a Trust Administrator with Achieva Family Trust (AFT). Prior to joining AFT over 4 years ago, I was a Representative Payee for a local mental health agency for 20 years. There, I learned about Social Security benefits and how to assist payee's, on an extremely fixed income, set up a budget that worked for them and their needs.
Growing up I had an older sibling who suffered a TBI and required complete and total care, so I know first hand the challenges and concerns our families face. I take pride in knowing that I am able to help others as my brother was helped.
While my previous work and personal experience has helped me transition to my position as a Trust Administrator, I continue to learn something new at the Trust every day. In my personal life, I am the proud mom of a daughter and a son, who I enjoy spending as much time as possible with. I also enjoy cooking and reading in my spare time.
