PITTSBURGH, PA - ACHIEVA, a local nonprofit that provides lifelong supports for people with disabilities and their families, is holding its 4th annual “ACHIEVA N’at” band and trivia night fundraiser, featuring Marc Reisman and the Strong Way Band, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The fundraiser, held at Foxtail (formerly Diesel Club Lounge), 1601 East Carson St. on the South Side, will help to ensure that people with disabilities live full and productive lives in their homes and communities by raising the funds necessary to receive the care and support they need. Advance tickets can be purchased for $35 at www.achieva.info/nat2018 or at the door the night of the event.
"This annual fundraiser is such a fun and enjoyable event and for a great community cause,” said Steve Suroviec, President and CEO of ACHIEVA. “It’s a chance to help people with disabilities so they can live the life they choose, and you’ll have a great time doing it.”
ACHIEVA N’at will feature two rounds of trivia surrounding music, sports, pop culture, and of course Pittsburgh topics n’at. Marc Reisman and the Strong Way Band will add to the night’s entertainment, performing from the album “Strong Way,” with songs that vary from blues and soul, to ska and funk. Each correctly answered trivia question will earn an entry into the end of the night prize raffle. Tickets to the event will include entry into the trivia contest, food, and domestic beer and wine until 8:30 p.m. Get your tickets now, and prove how much you know, n’at.
