Employment Programs & Services from Achieva

Competitive-Integrated Employment
Competitive-Integrated Employment (CIE) is dedicated to helping people with disabilities to become employed in work that matches their skills, interests, and talents.

VaultArt Studio
At VaultArt Studio, artists utilize professional-level arts instruction, exhibition space, and career coaching in order to transform their creativity into the calling of their choice.

Benefits Counseling
If you are concerned about how your employment income could affect your government benefits, the team at Achieva Family Trust can help.

Business Services
Achieva’s Business Services initiative will prioritize the talent needs of your business, and then work with your existing human resources team to identify and onboard qualified talent and make sure that your staff investment is protected.

Getting Started
If you have a disability and are not sure where to start, you can apply for publicly-funded Vocational Rehabilitation Services. If you are enrolled in Community HealthChoices, you can tell your Service Coordinator you want to work. If you’re enrolled in an Intellectual Disability/Autism waiver program, you can tell your Support Coordinator that you’d like to explore competitive-integrated employment. Or, you can always start with a call to Achieva’s employment program to find a job that’s right for you.
